INGREDIENTS
- 2 Eggs
- 150 ml Skimmed Milk
- 1 Sachet Vanilla or 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- 125 g Flour
- 1 teaspoon of Baking Powder
- 2 tablespoons of Sugar
- 1 Pinch of Salt
- Butter for Cooking
- 6 Plums (or fruit of your choice) Cut into Dices
- 1 Jar of MONCHOCO for 20 Mini Pancakes
PREPARATION
In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and vanilla.
In another bowl, mix 2 egg yolks with milk, then add to the dry ingredients while continuously mixing them until getting a very thick texture of pancake batter. Set aside for 15 to 30 minutes.
Beat the egg whites into snow like white texture and add it delicately to the mix.
Cook mini pancakes in a small buttered frying pan for 1 minute on each side.
Spread MONCHOCO on the pancakes.
Put the fruits of your choice and the MONCHOCO covered pancakes on the skewers.
