MAKI RECIPE OF CREPES WITH BANANA

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Eggs
  • 20 g Butter
  • 600 g Flour
  • 40 g Sugar
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Aroma
  • Milk
  • 10 Bananas, firm
  • 1 Jar of MONCHOCO

 

PREPARATION

Melt the butter. In a bowl, sieve the flour and form a well. Add the eggs in the middle and begin to whip gently. Add milk and continue whipping until the mixture is homogeneous.

Once homogeneous, add the butter, salt, sugar and vanilla flavour.

Leave to rest for 30 minutes in the fridge. Take the dough out and cook the crepes.

Spread the crepes with MONCHOCO and wrap a banana in each crepe.

Cut them in 3 cm slices, enjoy.
